Returns & Exchange Policy

Shipping is free for any orders over $99.  For orders $99 and under, a $15 shipping fee will be charged to cover our costs.  Our products will typically be shipped via UPS within 2-3 days, and you will receive an email from us confirming that the order has been placed.

You may return an item if your order or part of your order is damaged during shipping or does not meet your expectations.  Please contact us at 989-835-9900 during regular business hours 9:00am – 6:00pm Eastern time Monday through Friday so we can make arrangements to handle your return.

Premier Tile attempts to be as accurate as possible regarding the description and photo images of the products sold in our online store.  In some cases, the tile you receive may look slightly different than the images on our website, due to the nature of photography, the quality of your computer’s screen, or the lighting in your home.  Products with natural stone (granite, marble, travertine, and slate) are products of nature and have some natural variation from piece to piece. We will typically not accept returns for items because they look different than you thought they would when you ordered them.
